The Laboratory for Environmental Gene Regulation (LEGR) in the School of Biological Sciences of Liverpool University specialises in the analysis of responses of animals to fluctuations in environmental variables at the level of transcript and proteins. A full list of projects can be found at LEGR Projects and personnel at LEGR People. Our major research include ESTs and microarray projects for common carp, zebrafish, rainbow trout, ground squirrel, roach, C. Elegans, EAC. etc. For more instruction, please visite our website on Liverpool University. This LEGR Data Centre contains the informatics resources for the LEGR including the complete listings of the various ESTs datasets, such as carpBASE, squirrelBASE, stickleBASE, troutBASE, roachBASE, totally over 40,000 ESTs. In each case, they can be viewed or searched in the LEGR Data Centre website. The tools developed by the LEGR bioinformatics team for ESTs analysis, such as EST-ferret, GOprofiler, ECprofiler, GOmatrix, CORR and FinOrthologs , are also available.
